The stunning roof terrace comprises of a roof top kitchen, electric BBQ, large seating area with stunning views of the pueblo & its famous umbrellas & the beautiful church. The roof terrace is south west facing & allows sunshine until sunset.
The entrance hall is light and airy with a beautiful compass tiled rug. Your eyes are automatically drawn to the beautiful light well at the back of this area, which looks even more stunning at night with the warming wall washed lighting that illuminates the whole house.
The first floor has been made into an open planned living space, it has a large dining table that sits 6+ people. The kitchen is open planned and tucked away but still allows the "chef" to interact with everyone on this floor. The large seated area comprises of two sofas and a rocking chair, with a smart TV with a fully loaded fire stick for worldwide TV programmes and of course WIFI. The first floor has two Juliet balconies that overlook Calle Andazalia, one of which looks out towards the plaza and has sea and church views.
